VACANCY NO: AHS/20/284A

Applications are invited for three fulltime Children’s Commissioning Officer posts temporary until 31/3/2022 .

The successful post-holders will work with colleagues in Children’s Services and Policy and Planning officers to commission effective services and placements which improve the outcomes of children and young people.

The post-holders will also be involved in issuing contract documentation and ensuring contract compliancy. They will also be responsible for addressing and resolving contract related issues.

The Commissioning Services team implement commissioning strategies and ensure that commissioned services achieve the highest standards of quality and performance in line with prescribed standards.

Secondment applications would be welcomed (subject to the approval of current employers).

Required Qualifications:
Educated to foundation degree level or equivalent.
