Post title: Quality Assurance and Performance Officer – full time – temporary until 30 November 2021

Salary: £25,911 - £29,577 Grade 8

Job Location: You will be based in a locality within County Durham. However, you may be required to work at any Durham County Council location, according to the needs of the service and your work will involve visiting various other settings in the county and surrounding travel to work area

We are seeking to appoint a full time Quality Assurance and Performance Officer who will lead on the continuous improvement of the Wrap Around Support element of the DurhamWorks programme. This will include the performance management of the programme in order to meet target and standards set by the funding agency.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of delivering IAG to young people as well as experience of working with NEET young people.

Required qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
