Post: DurhamEnable Quality Officer
Grade: Grade 10, £31,346 - £34,728 per annum

We would like to announce an exciting new Supported Employment Service coming to County Durham - DurhamEnable. The service will support individuals with disabilities and mental ill health progress into and remain in paid employment.

We are seeking to appoint a Quality Officer who will ensure a high standard of delivery and continuous quality improvement for DurhamEnable, including the training and development of staff, implementation of policies and procedures, leading on the promotion and publicity for the project and ensuring individuals are involved and engaged in the on-going implementation and design of the service.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Supported Employment Services, a track record of ensuring quality improvement and a proven ability to work in partnership with others.

Required qualifications: Educated to Degree Level or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
