Pathways Hubs are warm and welcoming, providing excellent resources to help improve and maintain health, wellbeing and happiness in a very person-centred way.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills to meet the individual requirements of people needing specialist care and support. You will be trained to support with a range of therapeutic activities, personal care, moving and handling and a range of other areas to meet the needs of the individual.

Experience of working or supporting people with a disability or who require care is essential in this role.

Qualifications: 4 GCSE (A-C grades) or NVQ level 2 or equivalent

The successful applicants for these posts will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
