An exciting opportunity has arisen within People and Talent Management for a Senior HR Officer to join the HR Advice and Support Team. This post is part time working 30 hours per week.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to undertake a senior role in the delivery of the Council’s HR function.
With the ability to build positive relationships with managers and key stakeholders, and relate to people at all levels, the successful candidate will deliver high quality HR advice and support to managers and leaders across a range of corporate services.
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD status), or working towards this, and will have a proven track record of advising on complex HR issues and providing customer focused HR solutions.
