Opportunities have arisen for Receptionists.

One permanent post is available at 18.66 hpw along with two casual as and when required posts.

You will provide a friendly, effective and efficient customer service at the Killhope Lead Mining Centre reception, welcoming visitors in person and on the telephone and dealing with bookings, payments and administrative tasks.

Experience in working in a customer service environment is essential.

Required Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in a relevant area

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the posts.
