You will be very well organised, flexible, and able to use your initiative. You will demonstrate that you are familiar with using a variety of IT applications, particularly cataloguing and integrated collections management databases.

You will be able to show tact and sensitivity when negotiating with potential depositors and dealing with confidential enquiries, and be able to maintain confidentiality and security.
