16HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT GRADE 2

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrative Assistant temporary for 6 months.

A part-time temporary Administrative Assistant vacancy has occurred within the Blue Badge Team, Green Lane, Spennymoor.

The post holder will be responsible for providing high quality clerical support.
Duties will include:
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Taking accurate messages
• Dealing with applicants in reception
• Database data entry
• Maintaining effective manual and electronic filing systems in line with file management procedures
• Incoming and outgoing mail is received, sorted and distributed in line with procedures
• Photocopy, present and distribute documents as requested


Required Qualifications: 4 GCSEs (A-C grades including English Language or Literature), or GNVQ Intermediate in Business) or NVQ 2 Business (or equivalent)
