The Governors of Fishburn Primary School wish to appoint an outstanding practitioner to work within our Early Years provision. Applicants must be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work with our support staff to provide outstanding provision for our youngest children.

We recognise the importance of early education and are looking for excellence within our early years setting. We require a teacher who is able to provide exciting and stimulating lessons and who must be committed to further enhancing the standards which already exist in the school.

The successful candidate should:
• Be an experienced and strong practitioner with high expectations and a commitment to raising standards.
• Have excellent classroom management and behaviour for learning skills and be proficient in planning, assessment and target setting so that all children make good or better progress.
• Have the capacity to inspire and motivate children within a creative curriculum.
• Be expected to make a valuable contribution to whole school development and to enriching the experiences of our pupils
