The Governing Body and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an outstanding, experienced and highly motivated teacher who has high standards in their teaching practice. The age range for this post will be confirmed at a later date.

The successful candidate will:
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner
• Have high expectations of children’s achievement, progress and behaviour
• Have the ability to accelerate pupil progress and raise attainment
• Be able to work as part of a team and foster positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents and governors
• Lead a subject area
• Be prepared to make a valuable contribution to Cotsford Primary School with a desire to be involved in all aspects of school life
