A temporary vacancy has arisen within Digital and Customer Services for three Customer Services Officers as follows: -

3 x 25 hour posts temporary until 31/01/22 (working 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday)

The post holders will provide a first point of contact for all our customers, service users and stakeholders’ access to public services by all access channels, dealing with customer enquiries on all aspects of business within the remit of Customer Services.

The successful post holder will give advice covering the full range of Council and partner services and managing the progress of each enquiry through all stages to its conclusion (where applicable).

Candidates should have 4 GCSE's Grade A-C or equivalent and have experience of dealing with the public either face to face or over the telephone.
