Are you looking for a new challenge?
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Our Lady of Lourdes for an experienced teacher to join the senior leadership team and make a significant contribution to the leadership and management of our school.
Initially, the successful candidate will not be responsible for a class, but will have a part-time teaching commitment in KS2.
We are looking for an outstanding teacher who has a passion for inclusion and a desire to inspire and support all of our children to be the best that they can be and let their light shine.
We are seeking to appoint a leader who:
• Is a practising Catholic or is committed to the ethos and vision of Catholic Education
• Has high expectations of children’s learning, progress and behaviour
• Has experience of working with SEND pupils to achieve the best possible outcomes for all learners
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is positive, motivated and is excited to work as part of a team to improve outcomes for all
• Has a proven record of driving and sustaining school improvement
• Has the ability to build strong, professional relationships
• Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the school
