The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced and excellent teacher and an ambitious leader who is committed to raising attainment and supporting our children to be the best they can be. As a leader of our school, you must be passionate about providing the very best opportunities for all our children and staff.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our much improved and wonderful school under the direction of an experienced and successful existing Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:

• have proven leadership skills in order to take a leading role in the vision for St Hild’s to be an outstanding place of teaching and learning.

• be an outstanding classroom practitioner with extensive primary experience.

• show commitment to the overall Christian vision, values and ethos of the school, showing warmth, care and commitment to our learning community where we encourage everyone to ‘Shine Bright’ as St Hild did herself.

• have excellent communication skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with staff, children, parents, governors and the community.

• be given dedicated leadership time to allow you to fulfil your leadership and management responsibilities which will include the leadership of English across the school.
