Salary: £19,312- £20,493 pro rata for part-time Grade 4
Which is equivalent to:
**Hourly rate £10.01 rising to £10.62 per hour
**30 Hour Post Salary: £300.30 per week rising to £318.60

Pathways Hubs are warm and welcoming, providing excellent resources to help improve and maintain health, wellbeing, and happiness in a very person-centred way for people with a learning disability/on the Autistic Spectrum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills to meet the individual requirements of people needing specialist care and support. You will be trained to support with a range of therapeutic activities, personal care, moving and handling and a range of other areas to meet the needs of the individual. As required, this post also entails assisting people who have behaviours that challenge to have an improved quality of life, working to the principles of Positive Behaviour Support.

Experience of supporting or working with people with a disability or who require care is essential in this role.

There may be occasional opportunities for staff to work weekends, for which an enhancement will be paid.

Qualifications: 4 GCSE (A-C grades) OR NVQ Level 2 OR equivalent

The successful applicants for these posts will be supported and funded to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure as this is a requirement for the position.
