Tradesman rate plus 50% Interim Operational Allowance – Total Salary £27,000

To ensure optimum performance of Highway Electrical apparatus.

To carry out maintenance and construction works to Highways Electrical apparatus

To record works carried out for record and financial purposes

To liaise with Client representatives and, by regular communications, to develop close working relationships.

To ensure full compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and all statutory obligations relevant to projects assigned.

To assist in the development of the skills of the workforce.

To assist in ensuring full compliance with procedures relating to the Operator’s Licence for vehicles and plant assigned to the postholder.

Required Qualifications:

• Electrical Apprenticeship (Full Indentures) City & Guilds
• BS7671 IEE Wiring Regulations – 18th Edition.
• C&G 2330 or equivalent
