The Governors of Shotton Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic caretaker to join our friendly, hardworking and successful school. The successful candidate will be reliable, well-organised, have good communication and practical handyperson skills and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the school.
• Key Responsibilities cover areas of:
• Security of premises
• Keyholder responsibilities
• Cleaning
• Operation of heating systems
• Basic electrical maintenance
• Health & Safety
• Minor repairs
• Grounds maintenance
• Porterage duties
• Recording meter readings
• Operation of swimming pool plant/daily checks

Working hours are split shifts:
Monday - Thursday 7:00am – 10:30am and 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday 7:00am – 10:00am and 3:00pm – 7:00pm
