This is a Permanent, European Social Funded Post that is subject to ongoing funding.

This is an exciting time to join the DurhamEnable team as we are expanding our Supported Employment service and looking to increase the size of our team. Our Job Coach Assistants play a pivotal role in supporting the Job Coaches with the management of caseloads for job seekers, contributing towards meeting the long-term outcomes and aspirations of unemployed people with disabilities.

As a successful candidate you will have:

• Experience of supporting people in their local education, care/community, voluntary or employment setting
• The ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals
• Experience of recording and reporting information
• The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.

We are holding a series of digital drop-in sessions to find out more about DurhamEnable, the role itself, and to give you the opportunity to meet some of our existing Job Coaches and job seekers. It’s also the chance to have any questions you might have answered.
