This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Advice and Support Team in the People and Talent Management Service.
We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Officer to provide support in relation to all aspects of the HR Advice and Support function. This post will work 37 hours per week, term time.
The successful candidate will deliver high quality HR advice and support to managers and leaders and will work within the Schools Team of the service. Flexibility will be required for work with schools outside of normal working hours.
Qualified to Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5, and preferably with CIPD Associate Member Status, successful candidates will have experience of providing customer focused HR advice and support services.
