We ARE Etherley Lane and We ARE an exciting place to be! Etherley Lane is a primary school in Bishop Auckland. We’re also proud to be a High Force Education Hub School – which means we have a teacher training hub on site. There’s always lots going on at Etherley Lane and we put our children at the heart of everything we do.

The Governors of Etherley Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide cleaning duties as part of a hard working team in our school. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible and be prepared to work in all areas of the school and cover for absence and holidays. The successful candidate will join a busy, positive cleaning team.

You will:
• Have basic cleaning experience
• Have high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• The ability to work as independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Have the ability to present oneself as a role model to pupils in speech, dress behaviour and attitude.
• Be flexible to change to meet the needs of the school

Working hours are 12.5 hours per week
Currently 3:30pm to 6pm Monday to Friday however early mornings can also be considered (subject to change depending on the needs of the school)
