Working within the Strategy Team, mainly across the areas of Resources and Community Safety, the main objective of the postholder is to turn raw data into information and insight.
Working with a wide range of services (internal and across our partnerships) the postholder will collect data, perform analyses and present insight to a wide variety of audiences to support decision making.
Experience of local government services would be beneficial. However, it is more important to possess strong analytical capabilities and be able to communicate effectively. Data management and visualisation skills through Microsoft Excel/Power Query/Power Pivot or Power BI would also be desirable.
Qualifications: Degree Level qualification in a relevant discipline.
