We are looking to add a Workforce Planning & Resourcing Advisor to our HR and Employee Services team to support Adult Social Care to ensure we continue to meet the growing demand for talented people. You will provide a comprehensive administrative support service incorporating recruitment, staff engagement, workforce planning and continuous service improvement activities.

Key to this will be outstanding communication skills and the ability to work pragmatically to meet changing priorities and deadlines, you should be people focused with the confidence to bring about innovative and positive change in a challenging market.

Key responsibilities will include
• Gathering and analysing workforce data and insights to inform workforce development activities and future workforce plans
• Pursuing and utilising external funding to support recruitment and retention initiatives
• Supporting managers with recruitment activity ensuring adverts are placed and managed in a timely manner, this will involve liaising with colleagues across multiple teams to ensure all relevant actions are completed within time frame
• Interrogating the care market to identify trends and changes that may impact service delivery
• Co-ordinating the on-boarding of new team members ensuring timely completion of training
• Supporting managers to undertake staff engagement activity
