A Customer Relationship Manager opportunity has become available within the Councils recently formed Sales Team.
This is an exciting post which will provide opportunity and challenge. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, positive and proactive and will work as part of a small but vibrant and forward-thinking team.
The post holder will work to maintain and grow the Councils Service Level Agreement (SLA) business across the region. Further information on the SLAs the Council provides to customers can be found here https://durhamcommercialservices.co.uk/.
The role of Customer Relationship Manager is challenging and varied, no two days will be the same! The successful candidate will lead and support various activities which include:
• Customer relationship management, meeting with existing and potential customer clients to form positive working relationships
• Regular baselining activities, designed to ensure Council SLAs remain fit for purpose and meet customer and Council needs and expectations
• SLA promotion; exhibition at events, social media and web updates, newsletters, promotional campaigns
Candidates should have experience of working in a similar role, with specific experience in the delivery of service improvement / baselining / development projects.
Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
