An Operational Supervisor is required within the Pathways service.
The postholder will assist with the co-ordination and day to day running of the Pathways Service, by supervising, leading, training, motivating and working alongside staff, ensuring that service users receive the highest standard of care.
Applicants should have significant experience working with people with complex / specialist learning disabilities / behaviours that challenge together with supervisory/management experience.
Qualifications: NVQ/HSC L3 in Social Care and/or Management or
5 GCSE’s or equivalent or
Relevant degree / Nursing qualification or equivalent or
Social Work qualification or equivalent
