£19,264 - £20,043 pro rata to hours worked (an hourly rate of £10.18 rising to £10.38) -
grade 3
** plus enhanced payments for working unsocial hours**
For evenings (after 8.00pm), night shift and weekends £13.57 rising to £13.84 an hour.
(plus further enhanced hourly rate payable for working Bank Holidays)

If you have elderly friends and relatives, you will understand the value they place on independence.

This role will give you the opportunity to work in social care and contribute to a vital and valuable 24 hour community service in your local area, by providing care and support to service users within The Orchards, Brandon.

The post requires candidates to work flexibly on a rota basis as part of a supportive team, working a variety of shifts covering days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Applicants will require good communication skills, demonstrate a common-sense approach, be able to work on their own initiative after completion of an extensive induction, along with the ability to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.

No previous experience required however applicants should be willing to undertake personal care.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Care or willingness to achieve within a set timescale

It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 19th September, 2022.
