We are looking to recruit an experienced MIS and Performance Co-ordinator to work as part of the DurhamLearn team within Durham County Council.

The post holder will be accountable to the Performance Manager and the role will require the development of positive working relationships with a wide range of organisations and partners locally, regionally and nationally as well as internally, to ensure the Service delivers a wide range of high-quality learning opportunities to young people and adults across the County via its Adult Education Budget and 16-19 Funding.

The post holder will be responsible for the development and operation of our Management Information System (currently YETI but may be another software provider by September 2023) with specific responsibility for ensuring all of our data is accurate and an Individualised Learner Record (ILR) is submitted to the ESFA by the required deadline each month. The postholder will also have responsibility for managing any other reporting requirements to ESFA, DfE, Ofsted etc. You will develop, operate and manage a portfolio of regular and adhoc management reports and information using Microsoft Office programs, in particular Power BI, to ensure external funding is maximised and the Service complies with all data and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications: Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent appropriate experience.

Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.
