Due to the retirement of postholders, applicants are invited to apply for the above Operations Supervisor positions within the Extra Care Service, based at Spennymoor, Seaham and Ouston.
The Extra care Service is part of the in-house Adults Care provider services. The service provides CQC regulated care and support to individuals living in their own homes within the Extra Care development
The service provides 24hour, 7-days per week support enabling people to remain as independent as possible in their own home.
The Operations supervisor will be responsible for the co-ordination and day to day running of the Extra Care Development, by supervising, leading, training, motivating, and working alongside the on-site staff team, ensuring that service users receive the highest standard of care . The Operations Supervisor is responsible to the Registered Manager.
This post is an excellent opportunity to use gain new skills and knowledge around the supervisory role within Extra Care, offering further development and gaining new experience.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or a nursing/social care qualification
