The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.

Hamsterley Primary School are currently consulting with three other small rural primary schools to federate in September 2023.
The position will be based at Hamsterley Primary School in the first instance and will include a mixed age class teaching commitment, however the successful candidate may be required to teach in other schools across the federation should the need arise.

We are looking for someone who:
• has experience of leading the improvement of teaching and learning
• is a strong, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher
• has experience of working effectively with children from a wide variety of backgrounds
• has good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, resilience and a 'can-do' approach
• Enjoys outdoor learning in a rural environment

Applicants will need to provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.
