North East Museums are looking to appoint an enthusiastic educator to work within the Learning Teams for the Discovery Museum and Tyne & Wear Archives
This is a fixed term post, covering Maternity leave for up to 12 Months.
The Learning Co-ordinator will develop, deliver and evaluate learning programmes focusing on history and science, linked to the Museum's collections with both schools and family audiences.
The successful candidates will have a passion for museum learning and a talent for working creatively and imaginatively with a broad audience of visitors. You will have previous experience of delivering activities to primary and secondary school students and will be committed to learning in a museum setting.
