Message from Zoe Lewis, Principal / Chief Executive
I am delighted that you are reading this advertisement for jobs.
Middlesbrough College is ambitious and as an Investor in People (Gold) we are fundamentally committed to the happiness and well-being of our staff, students and stakeholders. At Middlesbrough College we enjoy wonderful buildings and other physical resources. However we understand that our key resource is the staff. After all nobody was ever well taught, or cleaned by, or catered for by a brick! We invest in training, our staff enjoy good pensions and other pay / non pay benefits and most of all we care and believe in a ’one college, one team’ ethos. Middlesbrough College is completely focussed on getting it right for our students, employers and staff, and this recruitment campaign "it’s all about jobs" highlights the impact Middlesbrough College has on the local, regional and national economy. We look forward to receiving your application and hopefully join an ambitious and forward thinking Further Education College.
