The job role will involve leading, managing and inspiring a team to deliver and drive change in our provision. If you have excellent management experience and capable of providing inspirational leadership, along with good communication, organisational skills and experience of working with disengaged /disadvantaged 14-19 year old learners we would like to hear from you
A teaching qualification is essential and an UCPD specialist level 4/5 in English and or maths would be desirable
