We are seeking two enthusiastic people, with experience of working with data, to join our Policy, Performance and Research team.

The team provides a business intelligence support to all parts of the Council so the post holder will require knowledge and understanding of the key issues facing local government.

One post is permanent and will provide support across the Policy, Performance and Research team. One post will be temporary for twelve months and will be focused on supporting the team, which supports both Adult’s and Children’s services, to transition onto a new social care system (Liquid Logic).

You should have experience of working with data and reporting of key performance measures. You will be comfortable developing processes, analysing data and using that information with teams to help them improve their service. Experience of using Tableau would also be desirable. To do this you will be able to communicate complex performance issues.
