Further Information
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic trainer with a proven track record of developing and delivering information systems training. The post is part of a team that supports the Council’s key business systems for social care, education and housing.

You will plan, develop and deliver training to our customers, helping users to make the best use of our information systems. The post will involve developing new online/digital training opportunities, as well as delivering face to face training. You will need:

- a high level of ICT skills, including experience of complex business
systems,
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- experience working with a wide range of users at all levels.

A formal training qualification will be an advantage, as will experience of one of the systems we support.

The post is fixed term until the 31st December 2018.
