An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the high performing Housing Advice Team as a Private Rented and Repossessions Officer.

The two year funded post will provide an effective homelessness prevention service to those who require advice and assistance in relation to their housing situation.

The successful applicant should demonstrate they have:
• an excellent understanding of debt advice and Landlord and Tenant Law.
Experience of Deposit Schemes and homelessness Prevention. A
knowledge of a rent guarantee service, Housing Health and the Safety
Rating System.
• excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills, with a
commitment to delivering a high quality housing options service.
• experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and be
performance driven to ensure your own performance targets are met.
