If so then North Tyneside Council’s Operational Systems Specialist role could be for you.

North Tyneside Council have recently implemented new ICT systems and applications, including a new housing repairs and maintenance system (AccuServ), to support the delivery of all works relating to repairs and maintenance and construction. As a result an exciting opportunity has arisen to provide ICT support and further develop systems and applications to reflect the needs of the Housing Property and Construction Service.

As an Operational Systems Specialist you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Housing Property and Construction Services systems and applications. You will ensure that the internal ICT offer continues to develop by reviewing and improving systems and processes to increase efficiency across the service. You will also be required provide appropriate support and training to a range of end users.
