If so then North Tyneside Council’s Operational Systems Delivery Manager role could be for you.
North Tyneside Council have recently implemented new ICT systems and applications, including a new housing repairs and maintenance system (AccuServ), to support the delivery of all works relating to repairs and maintenance and construction. As a result an exciting opportunity has arisen to manage a new team which will provide ICT support and further develop systems and applications to reflect the needs of the Housing Property and Construction Service.
As an Operational Systems Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing a systems support team to ensure that systems and applications are provided. You will ensure that these systems are continually reviewed and developed in order to deliver operational efficiencies. This will require working with 3rd party organisations to ensure that housing software and systems and those of the wider organisation are fully integrated, as required, in partnership with our partner provider, Engie.
