An opportunity has arisen for three Senior Surveyors to work within the Planning and Assets Department.

The successful applicants will be joining a dynamic team responsible for ensuring pro-active management of the Council's estate, the provision of an effective acquisitions, disposals and valuation service, activity aimed at ensuring the efficient management, use and occupation of the estate and for identifying opportunities for rationalisation of the land and property assets of Durham County Council.

Applicants should be educated to degree level in a related subject together with a relevant professional qualification and membership of the RICS or equivalent appropriate professional body.
