PA to the Head of Health, Education, Care and Safeguarding
Required as soon as possible, a Personal Assistant to provide professional, secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Health, Education, Care and Safeguarding (HECS).
If you have exceptional communication skills, are resilient, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to manage a varied workload and are able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, we would very much like to hear from you.
The successful applicant will manage and organise the Head of Service’s Office and will be the first point of contact. One of your main duties will be to track the progress of a wide range of projects which the Head of HECS leads on and is involved in. Your duties will also include preparing complex, confidential documents and reports, providing advice and information, establishing networks, developing and maintaining administrative systems, arranging/organising/servicing meetings and diary management.
The successful applicant will need excellent ICT skills and must have a full working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
