We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident digital skills trainer to join our team for the next 12 months to enhance the digital skills and confidence of the workforce to use technology effectively and safely. Enable our colleagues to maximise new digital skills to deliver the best services possible and support our communities to become better connected online.

Apply dynamic training methods to engage and enthuse colleagues. Building confidence in the use of devices, applications and online services. Support colleagues to apply new knowledge and understanding when working with the community helping others to become better connected across the borough.

You will work with services to identify training needs and develop training packages and materials to reflect the digital confidence of learners. It is essential that training delivery is dynamic for a wide range of digital abilities.

Your experience of delivering basic and intermediate digital training will enable our training programme to mobilise quickly, enabling you to hit the ground running, making a difference from day one. Your strong interpersonal skills will be the key to successfully engaging colleagues in face to face and virtual training.
