Admin tasks associated primarily with the processing of Subject Access Requests; locating, collating and copying confidential electronic and paper files/information/records ready for redaction by the Subject Access Request Officer. Preparing redacted documentation packs for delivery to the SAR requester. Updating relevant recording systems with progress on the SAR process and completion of requests. Communicating with internal departments (Information Governance Team and Children's Social Care predominantly) regarding SAR requests and other Client Relations matters. Answering telephones, either taking messages or responding accordingly.
