Fixed term from October 2021 to 31 March 2022 to cover Maternity leave.

The HR and Governance Team within Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums (TWAM) are looking to appoint an enthusiastic administrator to support the team to cover the current post holders maternity leave.

You will be required to provide all aspects of HR administration for both Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums (TWAM) and TWAM Enterprises Ltd.

You will assist in recording, processing and producing statistical information and reports using Excel spreadsheets, the Newcastle City Council’s SAP HR system, ‘ilearn’ our Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems as required.

You will work closely with team members and managers to help us in improving our business processes. You will provide a high quality service to support HR processes and maintain information systems in a manner that ensures accuracy and confidentiality.

The post is diverse and requires someone with excellent ICT skills and ideally HR procedures knowledge. You will be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team. You need to be able to work with minimal supervision and have the aptitude to use your own initiative.
