The Governors and Head Teacher at St Teresa’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a multi skilled administrator with excellent inter-personal skills. This is a key role within the school and the successful candidate will be expected to work both independently and as part of a small team within a busy shared school office environment.

The ideal candidate would need to show initiative, be confident, pro-active and be able to contribute to the team ethos. He or she needs to be able to remain calm and be an excellent ambassador for our school for all visitors.

The successful applicant should:
• Have excellent organisational skills;
• Be able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines;
• Have experience of using SIMS/FMS and ParentPay or similar management/payment systems.
• Have a working knowledge of the Schools Financial Handbook.
• Have a professional positive and welcoming manner as a first point of contact for visitors.
• Be confident in dealing with children and adults.
