1 x 30hrs split between Spennymoor and Newton Aycliffe Pathways

VACANCY NO: AHS/18/95

We are looking to appoint a very well organised individual who could provide a high quality administrative service to the Pathways Service.

The part-time 30 hour post will be worked between Spennymoor and Newton Aycliffe Pathways.

The postholder will primarily be responsible for providing a high quality administrative service that includes: monitoring the quality of service delivery for your area of responsibility and report the performance regularly to the Management Support; supporting the undertaking of prescribed audits to ensure full compliance by the service of relevant functions, such as finance, health and safety etc.

You will be required to possess excellent IT, time management and communication skills to enable you to communicate with users, colleagues and managers at all levels as well as other agencies.


Required Qualifications: - A recognised qualification in Business Administration at Level 3 or above
