An opportunity has arisen for full time Administrator to join our Children's Care Meeting Support Team. Middlesbrough Children's Care is committed to delivering an effective and comprehensive frontline service with customer excellence in mind. This post is temporary with a start date of 1st May 2019.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and IT skills. You will attend and participate in regular complex meetings, taking, preparing and circulating notes/minutes. You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support including implementing and updating procedures, call handling and data entry.

You will oversee administration support ensuring that all business support responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Due to the nature of the work a high level of confidentiality is required. The post holder will be expected to be flexible and accommodating.

Please note this post is subject to a Baseline Personnel Security Standard Check, which includes a Verification of Criminal Record check (unspent convictions only).
