An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Box Office team at Darlington Hippodrome. We are looking for a keen individual who is ready and willing to learn, with the capabilities to offer a warming welcome to our customers.The role is fixed term for 12 months.
You will be greatly supported and learn many aspects in what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. You would predominantly be working on the box office counter, and also sometimes work at the stage door. You are often the first point of call for customers whether that be face to face or engaging via email or over the phone.
You will gain invaluable experience working in a customer facing environment, system knowledge and skills in managing workloads. In a place where no working day is the same you will need the ability to be able to think on your feet and be pro-active in your approach to all areas of the role.
