This Level 3 apprenticeship is based within the Human Resources team located at the Town Hall. This opportunity will enable you to gain a recognised HR qualification and membership of CIPD.
The apprentice will be a student member of CIPD, the professional body for the HR sector, during the apprenticeship. Once completed, you can choose to apply for associate membership.
Experience will develop whilst working in a busy HR Service and assisting in the provision of front line support to managers and employees.
Work will typically include providing advice and support to managers on a wide range of HR issues.
