Apprentice Place Management Technician (£3.70 per hour then minimum apprentice wage applies to 19 years and over following successful completion of first year)
Based within Environmental Services you will learn new skills working across the City of Sunderland in either Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance or in the collection of Household Waste and Recycling, and Trade Waste Collections.
We shall be hosting an Open Day on Wednesday 3rd October 2018 at South Hylton House, Sunderland, SR4 0JL where you can find out more about the service and the apprenticeship, brush up on your interview techniques and on how to complete an application form. You may be required to work on bank/public holidays, weekend and outdoors in all weather conditions. The roles are physically demanding and require you to wear the provided uniform and protective clothing.
