Assistant Caretaker (salary range NJC SCP 15-17)
20 hours per week (£9.32 per hour), 52 weeks per year.
To be worked 3.30 -7.30pm Monday – Friday and alternative weekends -1 hour boiler /site safety check Saturday and Sunday.

Benedict Biscop CE Academy is an Ofsted Outstanding primary school within the Northern Lights Learning Trust. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Caretaker to work alongside the Site Manager, to ensure the school site is safe and well maintained.

Our successful candidates will:

• Ensure the school is a safe and clean environment
• Possess excellent organisational and general handyman skills
• Be understanding in dealing with children and adults
• Keep calm under pressure whilst maintaining confidentiality
• Be enthusiastic and supportive of the Academy ethos
