We are seeking to recruit from August 2021, an enthusiastic, reliable and highly motivated person to provide a key role in the maintenance and security of our school building and site. The successful candidate will work under the direction of our Site Manager.

A two bedroomed detached property, adjacent to the school site on Green Lane, is included with the post.

Main duties of the posts are:-

• Lock/unlock site gates and building and carry out daily security checks
• Carry out weekly maintenance duties to ensure high standards are maintained
• Support the Site Manager in carrying out Health and Safety checks
• Carry out minor maintenance works as required
• Monitor and replace health and hygiene supplies
• Daily duties including e.g. managing deliveries

The successful applicant will be:

• Able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and well-organised
• Experienced in building maintenance or have transferrable skills suitable to the post
