The number of children needing our care is rising but we are providing
a quality service which attracts record numbers of foster carers to work
with us.

As our Assistant Director – Social Care and Early Help, you
will be a qualified social worker who will ensure that we safeguard
and nurture the most vulnerable, support families in need and that
we continually improve so that we deliver outstanding services.
You will work collaboratively with partners and other agencies to
ensure that all children are given the best possible start in life and
are well equipped and inspired to go on to fulfil their ambitions
and potential in the future.
