Nature’s Landscapes is a small grounds maintenance and horticulture team based in Newburn and is responsible for maintaining the grounds of social services buildings to a high standard. Nature’s Landscapes also undertakes the development of individual projects such as water features, decked areas, laying turf and creating wildlife friendly areas, etc. The Assistant Gardeners who work on the scheme are people who have a learning/physical disability or a mental health condition.
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Gardener Supervisor. The successful candidate will be motivated, able to work as part of a small team, have supervisory experience and have an interest in both grounds maintenance and manual outdoor work. A commitment to Equal Opportunities and the ability to move and handle various loads and equipment, once trained, are essential.
